Millennium Madinah Airport

For both breakfast and lunch, the glassware provided was plastic, which I found unexpected for a hotel restaurant. As a frequent traveler who typically stays in premium hotels, this level of service was disappointing. There also seemed to be a shortage of staff to attend to guests. We waited quite a while to get someone’s attention to request water, which was served in a plastic bottle—again, below expectations. Dirty plates were left piling up on our table with no one to clear them. Perhaps setting up a designated table for used silverware and dinnerware could help address staff shortages. Regarding the quality of the food, it was mediocre at best. There needs to be more variety and better flavor. On a positive note, the staff were polite and courteous in their interactions with us.

The bed was comfortable, the room was in perfect size for me. I love the water pressure in the shower. The gym facility was just a few rooms away, on the same floor, which was so convenient for me. It was beyond my expectation that a hotel airport provide a gym. The room service was really good too. I ordered a club sandwich and orange juice for breakfast and they tasted good. I asked them to come at a specific hour and they came on time. It was a great experience.

Best hotel for stay, room and other facilities were good.cooperative staff and huge looby to sit, outside area was also nice very close to airport. 4 time shuttle service to Masjid Nabwi SAWW as its is 20 minutes far from Haram by car Pick n drop service from hotel is available

The location is walking distance from the airport. Fatihma at reception was incredibly supportive and made the stay extra special for me and my family. The room and hotel is clean. Decorative for Ramadhan and is top quality. It's a very very good hotel and high standard service from all staff. The hotel operates free shuttle to the Haram and also the airport regularly. So you can a shuttle bus to the haram and back 5 times per day

What a saver..my flights were delayed and I arrived very late at the Madinah airport, staff sent immediately a free pick up from the airport and exceptionally extended by checkout so that I can rest further.. both day and night staff are extremely professional and polite!! Room was very comfortable after such a bumpy tide!!! The facilities are shiny clean! Amazing one night stay thanks everyone!
